Chicago--FCCLA's 65th Anniversary

For those of you who have been to Chicago, you know what I mean when I say it's one of the funnest cities in the world! It offers so much architecture, history, museums, lakes, rivers, touring, food, shopping, etc.!

Of course, you can't go to Chicago without eating Chicago style pizza or a hot dog from a vendor. We dined at Ron's of Japan with some Yankee Baseball coaches. Long story. It's a Hibachi grill and family style so they piled 8 couples who did not know each other into a booth. That was interesting. The N.Y. Yankees just spanked the Cubs in the afternoon game we attended. But we had lot's to talk about since they knew our friend, Vance Law who played in pros for the Cubs a few years ago.

Don't miss a boat ride on the river. Catch a Cubs game. Don't miss a Broadway play. We went to see "Wicked." And all I can say is it was "wicked good."

Well, I'm not one for lengthy texts, but pictures do tell a story. Suffice it to say, I might just have to sneak away as a chaperone or something!
