Cibola Vista Resort

Since my honey had been out of town for work the last four weeks straight, I decided to join him the last week in Phoenix, Arizona! I left snow and was welcomed with 86 degree weather! Booyah! I felt like I had really scored!

While my husband worked,  I enjoyed the resort with the two pools! It was like heaven. I needed to soak up some vitamin D! Really! Got some blood work back and come to find out I am low in vitamin D. So you could say this trip was for therapeutic reasons.

 I ate lunch here.

When we drove into Arizona, I squealed when I saw all the cacti, because cacti means HOT! Not really, but in my vocabulary it does. Ode to the cacti!

Now if you want to get your COWGIRL on, you can go on horseback ride through the dessert. The scene reminded me of something from the movie AUSTRALIA.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner each night of our stay. The second night, we dined at The Cheesecake Factory. I relished in their salmon dish with asparagus.

The Cheesecake Factory's menu is phenomenal. Truly amazing selections.
We stopped in at the Texas Road House our third night in town.
Take me out to the ball game. Take me out to the crowds!
Joe and I went to a professional Spring baseball game.

This was a fantastic Spring break for MOM.
