High School Graduation

It is a strange feeling to realize that my first born is graduating from Spanish Fork High School in two weeks. I finally got around to getting her Senior pictures taken. We have done things a bit up side down. She and I went on a Senior trip last Summer to Europe. So this May, she and I went on a mini graduation trip to Park City and shopping spree to H & M--our favorite store that we discovered in London and Madrid. I suppose it is odd that I was the one she vacationed with, but with five high schools in four years that is just how that one went.

What an adventure this has been! And in two more months, Madi will graduate from Utah Valley University with her associates degree. Just one more A.P. test to pass and she will be dressed in cap and gown again receiving her college diploma. She plans to major in English and minor in Philosophy. She is gifted in both. It will only be a matter of time until she is a published author--she was asked by one of her professors to submit one of her papers to a professional philosophy journal. It is currently in the works. She has many life experiences to write about in future endeavors. We couldn't be more pleased with Madi's exceptional hard work in school and life. Life threw her many curve balls and she was able to handle them with grace and courage.

Congratulations Graduate!
