Caprese Salad



2 ripe tomatoes, sliced into 8 pieces
8 1/8 inch thick slices fresh mozzerella
8 pieces fresh basil
1/8 cup olive oil
1/8 cup balsalmic vinegar
fresh cracked pepper
1. On a large serving plate, alternate tomatoes and mozzarella.
2. Spread basil over tomatoes.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
4. Crack pepper over salad to taste.

With the gorgeous fresh tomatoes out of the garden, this is the perfect time to assemble caprese salads.
