Scrambled Eggs with Ham and Cheese

Here is a classic breakfast dish that is savory, tasty, and satisfying.

8 large eggs
1 Tbls. whole milk
1 Tbls. butter
1 cup shredded Monteray-jack cheese
1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
fresh tomato, diced
salt and pepper to taste

1. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and whole milk.
2. In a large non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. 
3. Add eggs and cook until set and firm, occasionally stirring. 
4. Turn down heat to low, add cheese and ham. Cook until cheese is melted.
5. Salt and pepper to taste and serve.
