Teriyaki Chicken Bowl

Teriyaki Chicken is a simple, sweet and savory Asian recipe that is family friendly, delicious, and quick

1 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
3 Tbls. brown sugar
2 Tbls. canola oil
2 tsps. fresh grated ginger
2 tsps. fresh minced garlic
1/2 tsp. white pepper
4 chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
steamed vegetables
cooked rice

1.  In a 9 X 13 glass dish, combine soy sauce, water, sugar, oil, ginger, garlic and pepper.
2. Add chicken breasts and marinate for 20 minute covered in refrigerator.
3. Bake chicken and marinade in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until no longer pink.
4. Serve over rice and topped with steamed vegetables.
