Worlds Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

These Chocolate Chip Cookies are delicious for a number of reasons including the perfect combination of textures--chewy in the middle and slightly crisp on the edges as well as the use of quality, REAL ingredients.

1 cup butter, softened (2 sticks)
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp. real vanilla extract
2 1/4-1/2 cups bread flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups Guittard milk chocolate chips

1. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
2. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir to combine.
3. In a small bowl, sift flour, baking soda, and salt.
4. Add flour mixture to butter mixture and combine.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Use an ice cream scoop to form balls the size of golf balls and place on baking stone or cookie sheet 2 inches apart. 
7. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are slightly golden.

Makes 24 cookies
