Chicken Salad


This sweet and savoy salad is quick, satisfying, and a lovely lunch dish.

3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 cup red grapes
1/2 cup salted cashews
1/2 cup celery, diced
1 bunch green onions, diced
1/2 cup Brianna's Poppy Seed Dressing
red leaf lettuce

1. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, grapes, cashews, celery, and onions.
2. Before serving toss with dressing and place 1 cup of salad on a bed of lettuce.

Serves 4
