Chicken Club on Lettuce

Here is paleo-friendly, gluten-free, delicious and satisfying recipe. Savory protein with fresh vegetable accompaniments makes a great meal.

6 lettuce cups
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed (I use rotisserie.)
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
6 slices turkey bacon without nitrates and sugar
2 avocados, seeded and peeled
3 Tbls. sour cream
3 Tbls. spicy brown mustard
cracked black pepper

1. Divide chicken, tomatoes, bacon, and avocados among 6 lettuce cups.
2. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and brown mustard.
3. Sprinkle with black pepper.
