Mama's Red Meat Sauce with Spaghetti


1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
1/2 lb. Italian sausage, browned
1 (32 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
6 oz. spaghetti noodles, cooked tender
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 to 2 teaspoons bottled garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar

1. After browning hamburger in large skillet, add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, and Italian seasoning. 
2. Stir to mix. 
3. Simmer 15 minutes.
4. Serve over spaghetti noodles. 
5. Garnish with fresh Parmesan cheese.
