Roasted Potato Wedges

1/4 cup canola or olive oil
5 baking potatoes, washed and cut into eighths
2 teaspoons seasoned salt

1. Toss oil, potatoes, and seasoned salt in large bowl until coated. 
2. Place single layer on cookie sheet. 
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes turning once or until tender. 
4. Serve with fry sauce.

Fry Sauce:

1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon malt or cider vinegar

1. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Serve with potato wedges.
