S'more Brownies


1 package premium brownie mix baked according to package directions ( I love Ghirardelli!)
1/3 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
2 cups milk chocolate chips (I use Guittard.)
1 cup mini marshmallows

1. While brownies are still hot, sprinkle chocolate chips over brownies. 
2. Allow to melt. 
3. Using butter knife, spread chocolate until brownies are covered. 
4. Sprinkle marshmallows over melted chocolate followed by graham cracker crumbs. 
5. To toast marshmallows, broil in 450 degree oven with lid open for about 2 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
6. Remove from heat and let cool until chocolate layer is set. You may want to put in refrigerator for about 20 minutes to hasten process.

These brownies are sinfully delicious and a crowd favorite.
