Jell-O Popcicles

2 cups boiling water

1 small box strawberry flavored Jell-O 

1 pkg. unsweetened, strawberry flavored Cool Aid mix
1 cup sugar

2 cups cold water

1. In medium bowl, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.

2. Add Cool Aid Mix, sugar, and cold water.

3. Stir to combine.

4. Pour into popcicle molds and freeze until set. 

5. To remove from molds, pour hot water over molds being careful not to get inside of molds. 

The texture of these popcicles is so great. The Jell-O creates a smooth texture and bold fruit flavor. Have fun trying different flavors. These are childhood ice cream truck treats to relish in the warm months ahead.
