Mud Pie


1 package Graham Cracker, crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted
 6 (8 oz.) Haagen Dazs coffee ice creams
1 1/2 cups homemade hot fudge
sweetened whipped cream

1. Combine graham crackers with butter.
2. Press 1 1/2 tablespoons of graham cracker mixture on top of ice cream in cartons using a fork.
3. Peel paper carton from ice cream cartons and invert onto individual dessert plates. 
4. Pour 2 tablespoons of warmed hot fudge over ice cream.
5. Top with a dollop of whipped cream. 
6. Serve immediately.

This is one of the easiest and most delicious frozen desserts that also is sophisticated and looks impressive. The homemade hot fudge elevates the taste of quality store bought ingredients. The homemade buttery crumb crust is also complementary to the sweet cool ice cream.
