Grilled Vegetables

2 small thin zucchinis
1 cup button mushrooms, stems removed
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 red onion, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon rosemary
salt and pepper to taste

1. In a 9 X 13 piece of tin foil, add vegetables.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
3. Cover with another piece of tin foil and seal edges to form packet.
4. Cook on grill over medium coals for about 10 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender. 
Note: Be careful as you open tin foil with the release of steam.
