Roasted Cauliflower

Cruciferous vegetables...I don't know what it is about them, but if not properly cooked they are less than tasty. However, when you season and cook them correctly, they are delicious. Such is the case with cauliflower. Raw it is rather bland. Roasted it is fabulous.

1 head cauliflower
1 Tbls. olive oil
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

1. Wash and break cauliflower into 1 inch florets.
2. Place florets on cookie sheet, single layer.
3. Evenly drizzle olive oil over cauliflower. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
