Homemade Butter





Homemade Butter is so easy and the result is heavenly. It's also a good arm workout and kids love taking a turn at shaking. Homemade butter tastes fresh and light. Don't throw out the buttermilk. Use it in a cake recipe or for buttermilk ranch dressing. So fun and tasty. You will feel like a genuine pioneer.

1 cup whipping cream
dash salt

1. Pour cream and salt into a pint glass jar and secure lid.
2. Shake until butter forms and separates from butter milk, about 10 to 15 minutes.
