Starting about 9 years of age, yogurt pie was THE Sunday dessert my Mom ALWAYS made. At least for two years, this was on the menu. The funny thing is: I don't remember tiring of it. It is a slightly tart, sweet, cool dessert that is a SNAP to prepare!
