Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
2 cups fresh apples, chopped
2 cups fresh peaches, chopped (when in season)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/4 cup softened butter
8 flour tortillas

1. In medium bowl, combine fruit and set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
3. In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
4. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of butter on per each side of tortilla.
5. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar mixture over each buttered tortilla and place on large cookie sheet.
6. Bake for 12 minutes turning tortillas once.
7. Let tortillas cool. Then stack four tortillas together and cut into wedges using pizza cutter Repeat with remaining tortillas.
8. Serve with fruit salsa. 

This is one of my all time favorite desserts, snacks, appetizers. The combination of flavors and textures is like a symphony to my taste buds.
