I don't eat perfectly. I subscribe to a 80/20 diet like the wonderful Denise Austin. Eighty percent of my diet and food is excellent, healthy, nourishing. Twenty percent of my diet is "fun food." My "fun food" or treats include things like cinnamon chips, chocolate chips, oatmeal and peanut butter cookies--all homemade of course.
