German Pancakes

1/2 cup butter
12 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
powdered sugar

1. In 9 X 13 glass baking dish, melt butter in 450 degree oven.
2. In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, flour, and salt.
3. Whip until batter is smooth.
4. Pour batter into dish with melted butter.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. Generously sprinkle with powdered sugar

This is one of the quickest and chic little breakfast foods.
