Chicken Cordon Bleu

8 chicken boneless chicken breasts
8 strips bacon
8 pieces thinly sliced chipped beef deli meat
8 slices Swiss cheese  
16 oz. sour cream
2 (15 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup 

1. Place a piece of Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast.
2. Wrap chicken with chipped beef followed by one strip of bacon.
3. Place wrapped chicken in 9 X 13 glass dish.
4. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
5. Pour evenly over chicken.
6. Bake in 275 degree oven, uncovered for three hours.

For each of my children's birthday, I let them choose what they would like for dinner. My son Jeremy requested Chicken Cordon Bleu. This dish is especially delicious with mashed potatoes and glazed carrots.
