Blistered Green Beans

Here is a lovely and easy side dish. This has got to be one of the finest and simplest ways to prepare a delicious vegetable. I am all about quick. Life spins really fast for all of us. I pair this side with salmon, chicken, meatballs, you name it. So good.

3 cups fresh green beans
1 Tbls. butter
4 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp. sea salt

1. Wash and dry beans.
2.  In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and beans.
3. Sprinkle with pepper and salt and cook, stirring occasionally until beans are blistered with char marks, about 4 minutes.
