Dilled Deviled Eggs

Deviled Eggs are a family favorite. We love to snack on them for any occasion. This recipe has a little bit of zip with the dill relish and vinegar giving it a tangy taste.

1 dozen eggs, hard boiled and peeled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 Tbls. dill pickle relish
1 Tbls. dijon mustard
1 Tbls. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

1. Halve eggs lengthwise, remove yolks, and place in medium bowl.
2. Smash egg yolks.
3. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, relish, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. 
4. Fill plastic bag with 1/4 inch of corner snipped off and add egg filling.
5. Pipe egg filling into halved egg whites.

Serves 6.
